Liability Agreement: The client assumes responsibility for his or her guest(s) in regard to all alcoholic beverages and agrees to pay replacement value of damaged, broken, or missing items inside of the vehicle (cigarette burns, broken glassware, or damage to electrical equipment or any vomiting will be charged $300.00 cleaning fee). Payment for any damage must be paid in full at time of service unless other arrangement with Trilogy Limousine management is reached. All Cars are non-smoking. All deposits are non-refundable. No food allowed in vehicles. Trilogy Limousine is not responsible for articles or personal belongings left inside vehicles by clients or client’s guest(s). No refunds if job is terminated due to client misconduct. Cancellations must be done 48 hours before the date of your event, if it is done after the 24 hours, we’ll charge the 50% of the total price (cancellation fee). We give you 15 minutes grace period after your time expires, after the 15 minutes we’ll charge a full hour. We are not responsible for any accidents or traffic during any travel time.
